Apprentices are employed and paid by the company they work for. Many spend one or two days a week at college learning extra skills, including English, maths and IT. Some apprenticeships are delivered entirely in the workplace.
Activate Apprenticeships delivers apprenticeships, training and consulting to clients across the UK. We have a dedicated team whose sole focus is supporting a pipeline of 16,000 apprentices and matching them with more than 1,250 potential employers. We work with employers of all sizes, including some of the UK’s top brands: BMW, Decathlon, Merlin Entertainments Group, Miele, and Halfords.
We are experts in apprenticeship reform and provide advice to businesses on all aspects of learning and development, recruitment, apprenticeship standards, funding compliance and securing returns on training investment.
